This privacy policy tells you how we collect, use, disclose, handle and store personal information relating to our licensed software users and any customers of our licensed software users. It explains the rights and options around our use of any personal information.

We do not collect Personal Information about you when you visit this website, only if you download our app and sign into our services such as Zii or Opt-In to receiving communications from us and our third party providers.

We may collect Personal Information including your name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number and email as well as preferences (if you choose to provide that information). Information about your computer hardware and software is also automatically collected by us when you use our website. This information is used by us for the operation of the website and the services offered on the website and to maintain the quality of the services offered on the website.
Some of our services, such as our online ordering functions instore can be used by individuals without telling us who you are or revealing your Personal Information, whereas other services, such as the Zii loyalty program can only be used if you provide us with at least your name and at minimum you email or mobile phone number. You may choose to provide additional Personal Information as noted in the sign up process.
When you provide your email address to obtain a discount code, sign up to Zii, enter a competition opting in to provide us with your email address for marketing purposes, we collect the Personal Information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address as well as your credit card information if you make purchases using our services.
We collect this information in order for us to provide our services to you, provide information to our customers and marketing. We collect your Personal Information to communicate with you on any orders you place, provide you discount opportunities where so requested and, where you Opt-In to send you information via email relating to our promotions. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.
Your Personal Information is only used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
